ptsx.org is a high quality learning and development program, founded to cultivate a New Thinking and Correct Approach towards the preparation of New Pattern of Civil Services Examination. The initiative started with two cardinal objectives—the first is to enhance the quality of candidates’ preparation for civil services Examination, and the second is to empower candidates through increase the access of high quality learning and development program for everyone everywhere irrespective of their social, economic, geographical and educational conditions, and enable them to learn on their own terms.

Accordingly, Government of India introduced National Training Policy 2012 and New Pattern of Civil Services Examination in 2011-2013.
