Program for Transforming Students (ptsx) is founded with two cardinal objectives - the first is to transform students into the best-suited or most suitable candidates for today’s role-based civil service to enable them to achieve outstanding performance (success with a high rank) in less time in the civil services examination, and the second is to empower students through increasing access to our high-quality courses and programs for everyone everywhere without barriers of cost or location and enable them to learn on their terms.

• The ptsx courses and programs are envisioned and created by an expert committee and are presented by course instructors. All courses and programs provided by the ptsx are strategically designed after very careful consideration of today’s civil services examination (the civil services examination in the era of a role-based civil service) and the actual competition level faced by the candidates in this exam to enable them to achieve their goal.
• Our courses and programs apply the science of learning and the best practices/modern learning practices and use advanced AI. Our goal is to enable students to learn faster and more effectively and develop their Higher-order skills (core intellectual competencies).
• We provide relevant and high-quality knowledge and actionable learning through our courses and programs that include lecture videos, critical reading frameworks, learning by doing (such as project-based learning and real-life case studies), formative assessments, a private discussion forum, asking relevant questions facility, etc. to align their learning objectives, learning activities, and learning outcomes.

The preparation for the civil services examination is a journey of learning and development.
